However, we appreciate that sometimes things go wrong and when this happens we need to know about this too! If you feel that we have not met your expectations please contact us directly following the Complaints Procedure below so that we can resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We always strive to give our Clients the very best possible service and complaints are very rare. However, please be aware that we will not tolerate any abusive language or behaviour to any of our staff members and any such instance will be treated seriously.
Should you wish to make a complaint
- Please contact the appropriate Branch Manager in writing via post or email.
- The Branch Manager will then respond to the complaint within 48 hours in writing.
- Should you feel that the issue has not been resolved, please stipulate in writing and the complaint will then be escalated to The Managing Director, who will respond in writing within 5 days of this correspondence.
- If at this point you still feel your issue has not been resolved you may wish to contact our trade association, the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association (BVRLA)
